Sharing or not

A recruiter who has positions to fill sent me an e-mail. Although I am not looking right now, I sent several referrals to her. A week later I get another e-mail from a different recruiter at the same firm. I tell her that I just sent several referrals to recruiter 'a' and they would be the same people I would refer to her. In other words check with her. Anyway the second recruiter sends me another e-mail which says that she checked with recruiter 'a' who said she did not have any contact info for the referrals I sent her. Could I send her their info? Wait a minute here, recruiter 'a' has the referrals but has no way to get in touch with them? How do they operate at that place? Makes you wonder. I sent an e-mail to my friends who if they were interested could get in touch with the second recruiter directly which they did.
Come on now people learn to SHARE..people need jobs.
