About to start a new start

So it really has been a long time since I've posted on this blog. Tomorrow I am back to work after a week off and I am wondering how the new people that I trained have gotten along and whether their mentors, 'mentored' them. This week they will have time with me as needed and I have to create at least one more slide and edit another one depending on how the process it describes has changed or is going to change. Like many places right now things are in a state of change and have been for a while. I have very mixed feelings about the next couple of weeks. I may need to rethink and deal with a lot. The new start has begun for them and is about to begin for me.
