Looking But....

There's been a number of calls about positions since I finished my last contract and because of prior commitments or current obligations I haven't been able to apply for another contract. Recently though a couple of opportunities close to home have come up and it would be nice if I could get one of them. The first one was like 15 minutes away!!! I received an e-mail from a friend who was forwarding info about a position another friend had sent her. The original e-mail was from March and although I called the agency and sent my resume I was too late, it seems, to get a contract. My rep is supposed to send me a couple of other close by possibilities. Meanwhile I have received a couple of calls about going back to my previous site. Its that bird in hand dilemma.
